The ownership experience

Adam Durrant joins the Ascot Bloodstock panel of trainers as one of WA's leading trainers. His winning strike rate in the last five seasons has not fallen below 17% winners to runners and he is never out of the winners circle for long. Last season he trained at almost 20% winners to runners and so far this season his record sits at an impressive 23.7%.


Adam trains out of Lark Hill and mixes track work with beach work and swimming, giving him all of the weaponry required in an arsenal equipped to make him leading trainer.


While training for some of WA's top owners such as Bob Peters, Adam is equally well known for choosing cheap and less fashionably bred horses to win good races. Examples are Ma Ma Machine, Reverend Lovejoy, Great Destiny etc.
Adam Durrant currently leads the training premiership in Perth and is the likely future of training ranks in this state.
