| Plenty of smiles from Blitzems owners |
"off the the paddock for a spell"
Blitzem Someday completed his campaign with possibly his most emphatic win, coming from midfield the rails and trouncing his opposttion, going away on the line in the Crown Towers Handicap over 1000m on Saturday.
It was Andrew Castles second ride on the gelding and he kept a 100% strike rate with a stunning ride.
Blitzem was slow away and Andrew didnt panic, allowing his mount to stride up to midfield the fence, but in some serious traffic. Half way up the straight, he ceased his opportunity to ease across heels and while others were running into dead ends, Castle was on the move.
Blitzem Someday has a devastating finish and all he needed was that clear running and he was looking the winner a long way out.
Gavin Foster has really got the gelding firing but is wary of going to the well too many times. Hell go for a spell a happy and in form horse and hell be ready to progress into 72+ company next campaign.
