"Maiden win for the stable" Ripper Rio did it easily yesterday in just his second start for Grant Williams. His second up record dictated that Ripper Rio would be very hard to beat in the 1400m 72+. He settled midfiled behind Rosmartini, who was dropping back from the Listed Bunbury Cup.
