Blitzem Someday joins the team | ||

"purchased last month" Blitzem Someday is the latest addition to the Ascot team and will join the stables of Gavin Foster. Gavin has now had the 5yo son of Natural Blitz for a few weeks and is in the process of giving him a freshen before setting him for a first up race. Blitzem Somedays form has been just fair in two runs this campaign, the latest finishing 3.75lens from Miki Two Toes over 1200m at Belmont. Blitzem Someday showed a lot of ability as a 3yo where he was nosed out of the $100,000 Breeders Classic at Bunbury, beating home horses like Ideal Image, Regal Commander and Mississippian. Its hoped that the rural training facilities of Foster can reinvigorate the 5yo gelding. |
