"winning trial easily" Culprit went to the trials again today with the question on all his owners lips: "could he do it over 1000m?" Its an age old question when a two year old wins his 400m trial with ease. But Culprit left no doubts today when he cruised to an effortless win at his second only time at the races, over 1000m. The half brother of Werd showed amazing dash and muster, just like his brother and led them throughout, kicking well clear turning for home and holding them easily under his own steam. The Elusive Quality colt will now head to a race in 2-3 weeks time, provided he pulls up well from his hit out. Meantime, Ascot Bloostock has Culprit's half brother by Statue of Liberty, the same sire as Hay List. This yearling colt could easily be put in the sales and fetch in excess of $200k and will sell out this week. If you are interested, please call us urgently.
