He has been troubled by shin soreness throughout his 3yo and 4yo seasons and as a result, only had his first full campaign on the track.

His record this campaign was 4 starts for 2x seconds, 1x third and a fourth. His fourth as favourite at Narrogin was that of a tired horse on a 40 degree day.

Ice has come a long way this campaign and is really a three year old in a five year old's body. He will benefit significantly from his first campaign.

His placings in all three races were full of merit, leading and mostly from wide barriers.
